Stone was going about his job like any other salesman at the Chevy dealership in a Chicago suburb when he was told to remove his Greenbay Packers themed tie. Assuming that his supervisor was just giving him a hard time because his team had recently beat the local Bears out of the playoffs, Stone went about his day. Unfortunately he was mistaken after being told to remove it again he actually refused stating it was a gift from his deceased Grandmother. He was fired for the refusal, but a local radio station picked up his wrongful termination story and he had a new job in no time, while his boss got nothing but a lot of BAD PRESS.

She filed suit claiming sexual discrimination.
