I have been practicing law for over 40 years and have considerable experience in the area of California employment law, handling in excess of 300 class action cases and over 1500 individual cases yielding over $400 million in awards for my clients.

Since my early days of practicing law, I have had a passion for helping the “underdog” obtain justice. In fact, many seemingly small issues brought to my attention, when investigated further, have yielded large class action cases and outstanding results for my clients. The litigation of these cases has assisted not only employees in large groups who were similarly situated, but have in many cases brought change to the employment policies of some of the largest companies in the United States.
